You are welcome to send the affiliate link in personal emails and newsletters, however we do not tolerate our links in unsolicited or spam emails.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

I operate multiple websites. Should I sign up each one separately?
No, you don't have to. You can use the same account and links for all websites that you have. If you want to track each website’s sales and clicks separately, you can sign up for another account. You will receive a single payment at the end of the month for all commission earned.

How do I build my affiliate links?
It's easy. Login to our affiliates area and go to our affiliate section. You choose the type of link you want and our site will generate the HTML (you don't even need to copy the images to your site). Then you can just copy and paste the code into your site pages.

How can I check that my links are working properly?
To ensure that your affiliate links are working properly, go ahead and click through some of your links. Make sure that the links go to the intended destinations and the URL. To double check, you can log into the affiliate section and then click on "Clickthrough Report". If your links are working properly, you will see the clicks recorded in the report.

We track your sales in real time. You will always have access to updated statistics on your traffic and sales.

How are sales from my website tracked?
We track sales coming from your website using the unique "Affiliate ID" in your links. Based on the "Affiliate ID" number in the link, we can identify each visitor that comes from your website and credit your sales and traffic accordingly.

If someone clicks on a particular item link and then purchases a different item(s), does the commission still apply?
Yes! You get paid the same commission rate on all of your sales regardless of how you link to us or what the customer buys. You earn commission on all sales generated from your affilaite links.

How much do I get paid?
We pay you a commission on all sales you refer at 10%

When do I get paid?
You will be paid monthly. Each sale must be atleast 30 days old in order to receive payment for that month. For example, if your payment is to be processed on June 15th, and you are credited for an order on June 3rd, the order for June 3rd will be paid with the next months payment. Your account balance must also be greater than $50 before you will receive a payment.
