Item Availability

All products that appear on the site are “In stock” and available for shipment unless otherwise stated. The exceptions will indicate either an “allow X days” before dispatch or an “availability from date” once you have selected your size from the drop down selection box (if applicable). For more information, please read the details below.

In-Stock Items

In-Stock items are shipped once the item is confirmed, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Orders containing In-Stock items should be processed within 1-2 full business days, please allow an additional 3 days for delivery within Australia. Delivery times may vary according to the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia.

Available from date Items

Available from date items are available to pre-purchase on our site. The available from date is visible on the product page once you have selected your size (if applicable) from the drop down selection box.

Once in stock, the item is dispatched immediately. Note: The available from date is subject to change and is determined by the release date by the supplier, you will be notified of any delays in regards to this date. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Please note, expected shipment times appearing on the Product Detail page specify when an item is expected to be dispatched, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination.After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary according to the location of your shipping address.

Available for dispatch in X days

Allow “X days” for dispatch items are for products that may temporarily be out of stock or have minimal stock available for sale. Allowing extra days for dispatch of the product, “Allow X days” enables us to supply popular items that would not usually appear on the site due to limited availability. These items are shipped directly to you once the stock has been sourced. You will be notified of the status of your order via e-mail, please note that expected dispatch days may, on occasion be subject to change. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
