Tracking Your Order

All Australian orders are sent via Australian Air Express (AAE). Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from AAE containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please call The World Game Shop Customer Service on 1300 389 897 or email the team at: sbsworldgame@rebelsport.com.au

International orders are dispatched from The World Game Shop via AAE and then shipped internationally with DHL. Your parcel can be tracked via the AAE website as listed above. Please allow 24 hours for your parcel to register in the system.
