Placing an Order

After creating a worldgameshop.com on-line account all you need to do is select items to put in your shopping cart and then click through to the checkout screen.

Each section of the checkout screen contains important information from your account and for your order, please ensure that all these details are 100% accurate before completing your order. See below for an overview of each section of the checkout screen.

Delivery Details:

Deliver to: This is the shipping address for your order, to select an address previously added to your address book just click on the drop down button and make your selection.

Add Address: To add a new address to your address book just click on the “add address” button and fill in the address details. The first line is the name for that address, this will appear when selecting the shipping address from the drop down menu, examples: Work, Home, Mum’s, Neighbours etc.

Address: This is the address that your order will be delivered to.

Shipping Method:

Courier: Shipping cost with AAE.

Check Box (1): Tick this box if you would like to choose the “Authority to Leave” option for your parcel. By ticking “Authority to Leave” this will allow the courier to leave the parcel if you are not home to sign for it. For security reasons we recommend shipping to a business address.

Check Box (2) (Only visible for eligible products): Tick this box to receive a quote for installation of selected fitness equipment.

Delivery Instructions: Any special delivery instructions for your order, most useful if you have selected “Authority to Leave”. It is not possible to be contacted with a specific delivery time. Note: Someone will need to be at the shipping address provided at all times during business hours after your order has been dispatched if you have not selected “Authority to Leave”.

Basket Details

This section contains an overview of all items being ordered, you are able to click on “Edit Basket” to add or remove items that you may wish to edit in your order.

Order Summary

This section of the checkout contains a summary of all the charges for the order, it will have a total for the items ordered (GST exclusive), the amount of GST charged in the order, the shipping fee and the final order total.

Payment Method

Select Payment method: At this drop down you are able to select your payment method, credit card, PayPal, Gift Card, Cheque and Multi-Pay (Gift Card and Credit Card Combined).

Credit Card: The World Game Shop accepts Visa, Amex, Master Card and Diners Card. Please note the billing address for the account must match that of the credit card .billing address.

Payment Details: This is where you will enter your payment details, credit card number, gift card number etc. Note if PayPal is selected you will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete your payment.

Billing Address

This is the billing address for the account. If paying by credit card, it is a requirement that the billing address matches the billing address of the credit card being used for the purchase.

Confirming Your Order

The final step of the order process is to confirm your order. Once you have confirmed your order the order will be placed, you will not be charged immediately, you will only be charged once the order has been processed and shipped. After completing your order you will be taken to a confirmed order screen where you will be given an order number, this order number will also be emailed to you.

If you are paying by Cheque or Gift Card you will be redirected to a landing page that will provide all the information on how to complete this type of transaction including the address to send the Cheque / Gift Card to.
