Refunds and Returns

A. On-line Purchases

If you are not happy with your product that was purchased on-line for any reason, The World Game Shop is happy to exchange it or provide you with a refund, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund and exchange. Please see instructions below for Defective Items.

B. Defective Items

Defective items must be returned to worldgameshop.com or your nearest Rebel Sport store within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. If deemed defective, items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

C. Returning a Standard Item

1. Complete the Returns Slip on the back of your delivery invoice and place inside the return package.
2. Affix the Returns Label to the outside of your parcel.
3. Items may also be returned to your local Rebel Sport store.
4. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped

Please Note: If the order was placed incorrectly by yourself you will be charged the return courier fee. Alternatively, if you wish to avoid a courier fee please visit your nearest Rebel Sport store for a refund (Excludes PayPal payments) or exchange.

D. Returning a Bulky Item

1. Complete the Returns Slip on the back of your delivery invoice and place inside the return package.
2. Affix the Returns Label to the outside of your parcel.
3. Items may also be returned to your local Rebel Sport store.

5. Our customer service team will arrange for your item to be picked up by a courier.

Please Note: If the order was placed incorrectly by yourself you will be charged the return courier fee. Alternatively, if you wish to avoid a courier fee please visit your nearest Rebel Sport store for a refund.

IMPORTANT

• The return must be received by The World Game Shop within (14) Fourteen days from dispatch.
• Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by worldgameshop.com
• If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact the Customer Service team on 1300 389 897 or email us on sbsworldgame@rebelsport.com.au, to confirm if your return can be accepted.

Refund / Exchange without a receipt

If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Rebel Sport may, in its discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the item. In the circumstance where you are unable to exchange an item, Rebel Sport will only provide you with a Gift Card to the current value of the of the item.
